The video was spotted on Instagram after it was reposted, simply captioned: "we've got an incredible soochi offer right here."
The video has nearly 70,000 views, with many people responding to the vid saying: "I can't... stop... playing this!"
Even the official Centra Twitter account got in on the fun, responding to the tweet by saying: "soochi>sushi".
Not one to take himself too seriously, Bernard's enjoying the craic after his kids finally broke the news to him that he'd been pronouncing it wrong.
Conor Middleton, manager of Centra Crosshaven, said there'd been a great reaction to the video in the shop.
He told Cork Beo : "We've had loads of people coming in looking for the 'soochi' deal, so many that we've actually sold out of sushi today."
The shop is known around Cork for its great food. It was the first store in the country to open a 'Caramico' pizza department, where you can buy stone-baked pizza, freshly made in-store.
Their Moo'd ice cream hatch is also a big hit with people who come down to the seaside village during the summer.
Bernard joked that he'll have to start saying more words wrong if it's going to be that good for business.
