Corentin Tolisso has opened the door to a potential switch to the Premier League this summer, stating that a move to England would "please" him. It comes as the Frenchman was recently released by Bayern Munich at the end of his contract.
Both Arsenal and Manchester United have been linked with a move for the 27-year-old as both clubs prepare for a huge summer ahead. For the Red Devils, new boss Erik ten Hag is tasked with reshaping his squad after a disappointing season last time out.
As for the Gunners, they impressed last campaign, but ultimately failed to finish in the top four. This means that Mikel Arteta has to settle for a return to the Europa League, with hopes of Champions League next season.

The Spaniard now has the challenge of making additions to his squad, with a new striker said to be the priority, while squad depth was a challenge throughout the previous run. This was especially clear in the midfield, when duo Thomas Partey and Granit Xhaka weren’t available.
A number of players have been linked with this role, from Youri Tielemans to Ruben Neves as well as Tolisso. The latter may be a more realistic option in terms of transfer spend, due to the fact that he has officially left Bayern Munich.
And amid those links to both the Emirates and Old Trafford, the Frenchman has opened up on a potential move to England. Speaking to L'Equipe, he said: "I want to go to a club where I will play a major role and keep winning trophies.
"England, with the intensity, would please me but I am not going to deny any league. I know what I am capable of and I know how much a change of life and air will do well for me."
However, both clubs may have been dealt a blow by one final comment made by the midfielder: "Today, I still want to play in the Champions League and win it again."
Neither club would be able to provide that for the upcoming season, meaning they are vulnerable to other sides that would be able to. However, it remains to be seen whether a deal could be pushed forward and whether the draw of either side would be enough to tempt him into a transfer.
