Police negotiators have tried to end a 26-hour stand-off with a man wielding a crossbow out the window of an Airbnb by delivering him a McDonald's breakfast.
A female officer wearing a stab vest and helmet was seen clutching a Maccy's bag and a hot drink while walking along the street towards the property this morning.
Local residents said they have still not been allowed back into their homes as the deadlock between the man and police entered its second day.
