Police Scotland have thanked the public for their help after tracing an appeal to trace a missing Lanarkshire teenager.
John Farr was last seen at around 6.35pm on Wednesday, September 21, near to the Common Green area in Strathaven.
Police were growing concerned for John and had appealing to the public to help find the youngster.
However, on Saturday morning, Police Scotland posted on social media to say John had been traced safe and well, and thanked the public for their assistance.
