A Wisconsin cop was reportedly put on administrative leave and banned from the high school where he was substitute teaching on Monday after photos showed him allegedly re-enacting George Floyd's murder on a student, according to a report.
Steve Williams, a Prescott, Wisconsin, police officer, was substituting for English classes at Woodbury High School when he was photographed kneeling on a student's neck during an alleged reenactment of Floyd's murder.
During the lesson, Williams claimed "police brutality isn't real," boasted about his gun collection, pretended to punch a student in the face, and shared that he once got an "A" on a paper about how to get away with murder, according to FOX 9.
When administrators caught wind of the circulating photo, FOX 9 reported Williams was immediately removed from the classroom. The school's principal Sarah Sorenson-Wagner then sent a letter to students' families outlining Williams's "inappropriate and racially-harmful behavior," which she added was "unprovoked by anyone."
Other aggressions by Williams include twisting a student's arm to show pressure points, relaying sexist jokes, describing in great detail dead bodies he has seen, and claiming "cops would be the best criminals" because "they know how to get away with stuff."
Students said Williams thought the students would "want to hear about his life as a police officer."
In addition to being banned from the high school, Williams was put on administrative leave from the police department, which he joined two years ago. The police department is also conducting its own internal investigation into Monday's incidents.
