Cooper Kupp was one of the only bright spots from the Rams’ Week 1 loss to the Bills on Thursday night, picking up right where he left off as the best receiver in football. He caught 13 passes for 128 yards and scored the Rams’ only touchdown of the game.
It was as ugly a loss as the Rams could’ve hoped for, falling 31-10 at home in their season opener. But Kupp isn’t overreacting to the lopsided affair. He took to Twitter after the game and shared three words for his followers: reflect, rectify and respond.
That’s how he plans to move past this loss, and that’s the approach the Rams as a team should expect to take.
Reflect. Rectify. Respond.

Sean McVay said after the game that he felt a sense of responsibility for not having his guys ready to play and putting them in bad positions. That didn’t apply to Kupp, who had no trouble getting open and making plays.
There are plenty of leaders on this team, including Kupp, so don’t expect the Rams to let this loss linger for too long.
