A contractor has posted a video showing what he claimed was a dispute with a homeowner who refused to pay him for work he said cost over $2,000 in materials and labor. The video was shared on the Reddit subreddit r/PublicFreakout and quickly drew attention online.
In the video, the contractor can be seen filming a woman sitting on a newly built wooden staircase connected to a deck. He alleged that the homeowner wanted everything done for free, including pressure washing the house and fence, as well as the new stairs and landing he had built.
