A triple treat from midfield marvel Monique Conti has propelled Richmond to a breakthrough 35-point AFLW victory against Hawthorn.
Conti kicked three goals in a stand-out display to help the Tigers bank their first triumph of the season, thrashing the Hawks 7.2 (44) to 1.3 (9) on Sunday.
Hawthorn remain winless in their inaugural AFLW season but Richmond are now just two premiership points shy of eighth spot.
The Tigers led by just five points at quarter-time, 2.0 to 1.1.
But Richmond then overwhelmed their opponents, keeping Hawthorn scoreless in the second and third quarters and to just two behinds in the last term.
With Conti dominating with two first-half goals, the Tigers created a 17-point advantage at halftime.
And Conti added another major in the third term as Richmond scored two goals to none for a commanding 30-point advantage - 6.1 to 1.1 - at three quarter-time.
Conti was dynamic in her roaming midfield role throughout Sunday's encounter on the Tigers' home patch at the Swinburne Centre, collecting an equal game-high 23 disposals.
"She's just getting better and better and better," Richmond coach Ryan Ferguson told the Seven Network.
"We're really impressed with her work-rate and obviously today hitting the scoreboard helps."
Conti was given able support from Grace Egan, who also gathered 23 touches, while Eilish Sheerin (20 disposals), Gabrielle Seymour (18 possessions) and twin sisters Jess and Sarah Hosking (17 disposals each) were also influential ball-winners.
And Richmond forward Ellie McKenzie, the 2021 Rising Star after being the No.1 draft pick the previous year, enhanced her growing status with her 16 disposals highlighted by a classy set-shot goal from a tight angle after a tenacious chase-down tackle on Hawk Aileen Gilroy.
Hawthorn's Gilroy and Tilly Lucas-Rodd battled gamely against the Tiger tide with 17 touches apiece, and Charlotte Baskaran was their sole goalkicker.
But the struggling Hawks were unsettled pre-game when Mackenzie Eardley was a late scratching after injuring her leg in the warm-up.
Eardley was replaced by debutant Laura Elliott, while Hawthorn also lost Eliza Shannon during the game when she was concussed.
The Hawks have now lost their initial three games by big margins, with a first-up 26-point defeat to Essendon followed by a 53-point hammering from St Kilda.
