JAIPUR: The state government on Wednesday announced the long-awaited political appointments by naming 44 people to various boards and corporations.

The delay in the appointment has been a friction point between Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot and former deputy chief minister Sachin Pilot in the past. The list shows the chief minister has accommodated some of the MLAs who could not be taken in the ministry in the last reshuffle.
