Constance Marten and boyfriend face retrial over claims they killed baby girl while on the run

An aristocrat and her boyfriend killed their baby girl with “bad decision after bad decision” when they decided to go on the run, the Old Bailey has heard at the start of their retrial.

Constance Marten, 37, and Mark Gordon, 50, are accused of the manslaughter by gross negligence of their daughter Victoria when they attempted to evade authorities in early 2023.
