Conor McManus is available to play for Monaghan against Kerry in their Allianz Division 1 clash this weekend after having a red card rescinded.
And Limerick hurler Cian Lynch has also won his appeal after he was sent off in NUIG's Fitzgibbon Cup final defeat to UL at IT Carlow last Saturday.
Farney talisman McManus was dismissed in last Saturday's draw with Armagh.
An off the ball incident involving himself and Armagh's Aidan Forker was brought to the attention of referee Barry Cassidy.
The loss of McManus saw the Farney men cough up a five point lead and it took Jack McCarron's late point for Monaghan to salvage a draw.
Additional video evidence was presented at an appeals hearing last night and as a result the automatic one-match suspension was overturned, leaving McManus free to play against table-toppers Kerry in Inniskeen on Sunday.
Meanwhile Lynch, who is expected to feature in his first League fixture of the year for Limerick against Cork this weekend, won his appeal at a hearing last night.
The 26-year-old Patrickswell star looked hard done by as he appeared to just get tangled up in a challenge with UL's skipper Bryan O'Mara and referee Fergal Horgan's decision has now been overturned.
