Conor McGregor's nutritionist has given tips on what to eat to help keep in shape.
Tristin Kennedy has worked closely with the UFC star for the past number of years, helping him prepare for a number of his fights.
The Kildare native has taken to social media to share tips on pre-workout nutrition, which he says "impacts the quality and results of your training".

Kennedy explains why pre-workout nutrition is important and lists what your 'fuel' needs to accomplish.
He says pre-workout foods should be "high in carbs, with moderate protein, and low in fat and fibre" and recommends eating "mango & chicken with rice, Mongolian beef with noodles or honey paprika salmon with garlic roasted potatoes between two and four hours before training.
Then one hour before training he recommends eating either a banana, cereal bar, small bowl of healthy cereal with low-fat milk or drinking a natural sports drink.
McGregor credited Kennedy for having him in the shape of his life ahead of his trilogy fight with Dustin Poirier in 2021.
And the Notorious will be hoping he can get back into similar shape for his UFC return against Michael Chandler later this year.
Meanwhile, McGregor's old UFC rival Urijah Faber has backed him to beat Chandler when they collide in the octagon.
“Traditionally in the past, old-school MMA, I would have said the high-level wrestler is always going to win, but I feel Conor has closed those gaps a lot," Faber told ESPN.
"I think Chandler takes a lot of big risks and likes to fight wild and aggressive and I’ve seen many times where Conor’s power is just too much and his precision’s too much. I think it’s going to be, in a five round fight, leaning toward McGregor.”
