Conor McGregor has claimed he will offer just half of Roman Abramovich's £3billion asking price for Chelsea.

The UFC star said earlier this week that he was interested in buying the Premier League club after Abramovich revealed he was putting it up for sale.

The Irishman has now tweeted: "I hereby put forward my offer of £1.5bn" despite the huge £3bn price tag Abramovich has slapped on the European and world champions.
