Conor McGregor gatecrashed the weigh-ins for Jon Jones' UFC title fight to promote his upcoming Road House movie with Jake Gyllenhaal.
McGregor, 34, is set to appear in a remake of the 1989 classic alongside Hollywood star Gyllenhaal and the pair both made surprise appearances at the UFC 285 weigh-ins on Friday evening to promote their movie. Moments after Jones stepped on the scale, McGregor came out and announced Gyllenhaal would be having a mock weigh-in with UFC veteran Jay Hieron for one of the scenes in Road House.
"Las Vegas! Who's ready for tomorrow night? We've got the biggest fight in Road House history, Harris versus Dalton UFC 222," McGregor said. "Everyone in this arena, you're about to be part of my movie that's coming out with myself and Jake Gyllenhaal. A Joe Silver production, make sure to cheer for the weigh-ins and let's go Las Vegas."
