Conor McGregor appeared to pose with a joint as he took to social media to celebrate 420 Day on Thursday.
The UFC star could be seen exhaling smoke as he puffed the apparent joint in two photos posted to his 46 million followers on Instagram.
420 Day is an annual event which takes place on April 20 in celebration of cannabis.

Commenting on the snaps, which he later deleted, McGregor wrote: "It’s 420 smoke the back box off it."
It is far from the first time the former two-weight champion has shared images of himself smoking on social media, with McGregor claiming in 2021 that he owned the "the best hemp farm in the USA", where his Tidl Sport spray is produced.
He said at the time: "The strain is indica dominant. A lovely strain! It comes from my hemp farm in Eugene, Oregon. Where my @tidlsport is produced.
"We've been testing some different strains out. This one is indica dominant, but we've a lot of quality produce in the works for our fans.
"The land around Oregon, and Eugene in particular, is absolutely breathtaking. I've the best hemp farm in the USA. Produces nothing but quality!
"A few hits of this one to unwind and enjoy the sounds and the surrounds. Works a real treat with my recovery too. Everything in moderation though. God bless."
However, some fans were concerned over the images, with McGregor expected to return to the Octagon to face Michael Chandler later this year.
One person said: "This dude never gonna fight again huh?"
Someone else wrote: "You look about 55 mate…get off the booze for a week or 2. Give your body a break."
Another comment read: "Please Mac, don't smoke or drink, remember who you are, the world needs enlightened and responsible people, world that is degenerating every day."
But others seemed to celebrate McGregor smoking the apparent joint.
Fellow MMA fighter Dillon Danis posted: "Puff puff pass haha."
Someone else commented: "YEEEAAAAH BUUDDDYYY!! Happy 420 lads!"
"Bros just living life," read another comment.
