Conor McGregor fans jokingly point out same thing from breakfast Instagram post

Fans jokingly asked Conor McGregor what Wetherspoons he was in after the UFC star shared a photo of his breakfast on social media.

The Notorious uploaded a snap of a full Irish breakfast on Instagram, which included sausages, bacon, black and white pudding, scrambled egg, beans and brown bread.

But it was one of the plates that a lot of people commented about as they compared it to one that you would expect to get in a Wetherspoons.

One comment read: "Which Wetherspoons you in bro."

Another person said: "Did you steal your plates from Wetherspoons?"

One other tweet read: "Is that in wetherspoons?"

Someone else commented: "Is that Wetherspoon?"

Meanwhile, McGregor enjoyed a night out at his Dublin pub over the weekend as Covid-19 restrictions were eased.

Almost all restrictions in Ireland were lifted from 6am on Saturday, with Taoiseach Micheal Martin announcing the removal of all Covid rules on pubs and clubs last Friday.

UFC star McGregor headed to the Black Forge Inn with his fiancee Dee Devlin and mother Margaret as he enjoyed a number of drinks at the Dublin 12 pub.

Sharing a number of photos on Instagram, McGregor simply wrote: "Ah yes."

The former two-weight champion could be seen speaking to his mother in one snap, while he shared a kiss with his fiancee in another.

McGregor also shared photos of himself laughing, commenting on it: "Own it and run it baby. Who ya talkin to."

The Dubliner is currently recovering from the broken leg he suffered in his trilogy fight with Dustin Poirier last summer and is expected to return to the octagon later this year.

But Eddie Hearn believes a fight with Jake Paul would be a good option for both McGregor and the YouTuber.

Speaking to DAZN, the Matchroom boss said: "For me, the fight is Conor McGregor. I keep saying it. I think it’s a good fight, to be honest with you.

"You’ve got the weight difference. Conor McGregor can box. He’s not a boxer but he’s had an amateur background.

"He’s a lot more accomplished than a Tyron Woodley or an Askren and these kinds of people.

"And it's a massive fight. But obviously you've got the whole UFC, Dana White - Jake Paul."
