Connell Rawlinson has questioned the mentality of some of his Notts County team-mates following their shock FA Cup defeat to Coalville Town on Saturday.
The visitors twice took the lead through Tom McGlinchy and Ash Chambers, with Sam Austin restoring parity for the Magpies as they looked to make it through to the first-round proper of the competition.
But Luke Shaw was on hand to provide one of the shock upsets of the competition so far, seeing the Ravens set up a tie with League One side Charlton Athletic following the first-round draw on Monday.

Ahead of the fixture, boss Luke Williams made eight changes to the side that beat Woking handing debuts to young defender Lucien Mahovo and on-loan Leicester goalkeeper Brad Young.
Of the starting line-up that featured at the Laithwaite Community stadium, only Richard Brindley, Geraldo Bajrami and Rawlinson remained, with many given the opportunity to stake their claim for their upcoming fixture against Maidstone on Friday evening.
However, following the defeat, the stand in captain explained that some of those players took that opportunity for granted and turned up with the wrong mentality at Meadow Lane.
Speaking after the game, Rawlinson said: "The lads need to look at themselves a bit as well.
"You can't just come and roll teams over, that is not how football works. You see that from the top level all the down to the bottom.
"Teams just don't roll over, they had a lot of good players out there with a lot of league appearances around their belt, so we are very disappointed with the mentality we brought here today.
"I thought we were well below par."
