Democratic Congressman Andy Kim of New Jersey, who is running for Senate this year, discussed key issues facing Congress and the country in a recent interview. The focus was on President Biden's visit to the southern border to address immigration concerns.
Congressman Kim expressed the need for the House of Representatives to have a say in legislative matters, criticizing the control exerted by the House Speaker. While supporting some policies in the proposed border bill, he emphasized the importance of broader discussions and engaging with groups like the Congressional Hispanic Caucus.
