SHIMLA: Continuing with his attack on opposition Congress, Himachal Pradesh chief minister Jai Ram Thakur while addressing a public gathering at Chowari, in Bhattiyat assembly constituency of Chamba district on Tuesday said that the party is leaderless, issueless and directionless in the state.
He said that the double engine government of BJP is vital for ensuring that pace of development goes uninterrupted for years together. He said that previous Congress government did not even start a single scheme for welfare of the poor and the downtrodden.
