Congress backing BJP's saffronisation agenda, alleges CPI(M) leader M V Govindan

Thiruvananthapuram: CPI(M) state secretary M V Govindan on Wednesday accused the Congress of fully supporting the BJP's "saffronisation agenda" and alleged that Chief Minister V D Satheesan was running Keralam like an RSS government.

Govindan made the remarks while responding to media questions on the Congress-led UDF government's stand on the recent summoning of the state police chief to the Lok Bhavan by Governor Rajendra Arlekar and also on the recent share transfer involving the Vizhinjam International Port.
