Thomas Tuchel has made fourchanges to his Chelsea side for this afternoon's Premier League clash against West Ham United at Stamford Bridge – the biggest of which sees Reece James miss out due to injury. Andreas Christensen was initially named in the team but has since been replaced by Trevoh Chalobah.
The Blues are hoping to end a run of three consecutive home defeats this afternoon, although that will not be easy with West Ham needing to secure victory to remain in the hunt for a place in the top four and Tuchel without several key players for the visit of David Moyes' side.
Ben Chilwell (knee), Callum Hudson-Odoi (achilles), Antonio Rudiger (groin) and Mateo Kovacic (ankle) were all ruled out ahead of today's game and James has joined that quartet in missing out due to what football.london understands is an injury sustained in training.

The alternative being a back four, with a midfield three of Loftus-Cheek, N'Golo Kante and Jorginho supporting Mason Mount, Kai Havertz and Timo Werner.
