Conference League final: West Ham issue statement after Fiorentina captain struck in the head by plastic cup

West Ham have confirmed they will ban any supporter found to have thrown objects onto the pitch during Wednesday night’s Europa Conference League final.

Fiorentina captain Cristiano Biraghi was struck in the head in front of the West Ham end during the first-half of the final inside Prague’s Eden Arena by what appeared to be a plastic cup.
