Concerns grow for missing man Barry McEwan who vanished from Paisley overnight

Concerns are growing for a man who has vanished from Renfrewshire.

Barry McEwan was last seen at around 5.40pm on Thursday in St James Street, Paisley.

The 34-year-old is described as white, British, fife foot, five inches tall and of a slim build.

He has brown hair, facial hair and blue eyes.

When Barry was last seen, he was wearing black jogging bottoms, a blue t-shirt and white trainers.

Police urge anyone with information to come forward.

Sergeant Jason Cooper said: "We have growing concerns for Barry and as time goes on we are growing increasingly concerned for his welfare.

"Anyone who may have seen Barry or has any information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Police Scotland via 101 quoting incident number 3035 of June 9."
