Cara Delevingne has been concerning fans and her friends with her recent dishevelled behaviour.
The model, 30, is known for her eccentric style and sense of humour but has been seen involved in a series of bizarre incidents of late, reportedly leaving those close to her increasingly concerned.
She was seen fussing over Megan Thee Stallion as she posed on the red carpet at the Billboard Music Awards in May.
Fans claimed Megan looked "uncomfortable" throughout the evening. But, Cara later said she was simply "living her best life".
Later in July, Cara then sparked concern again as she appeared to be constantly fidgeting during her appearance on Live With Kelly And Ryan in July.
Cara, who also appeared to have bruises, kept rubbing her hands together during the interview with hosts Kelly Pipa and Ryan Seacrest.
But, the Suicide Squad actress continued to enjoy life as she joined A-list pals on a yacht trip to celebrate her 30th birthday in August.
Cara was joined by Sienna Miller, her sister Poppy Delevingne, Margot Robbie and pal Adwoa Aboah for a wild yacht party off the coast of Formentera, Spain.
The model appeared to be enjoying herself as she was seen smearing icing on her lips before licking it off and playfully trying to put some on the face of her fashion model friend Adwoa, 30.
After her Spanish island yacht trip she was spotted in Ibiza with pal Sienna, 40, with noticeable bruises on her legs.
The English model-cum-actress caused worry again when she was spotted in her parked car taking a drop of unknown liquid from a pipette and smoking in the driver's seat in West Hollywood.
She was seen with a long, round object which resembled a pipe in her mouth and was later seen rubbing her face and blowing her nose several times.
Cara had her hair tied up in a messy bun as she changed her outfit and sported a lilac T-shirt, shorts and a leopard print bucket hat before heading into a sex shop.
The dishevelled appearance was later explained as a source told MailOnline she hadn't had time to recover after going to Burning Man festival in the Black Rock Desert in Nevada.
A source told the publication: "She had just spent days in the desert – not eating all that much and she looked dishevelled because she hadn't had time to scrub up yet.
"Her friends are worried about her generally after some erratic behaviour, but she has a good group around her. Her sister Poppy was at the festival with her. She wasn't alone and she has her back.
"Burning Man isn't lined with burger vans like other festivals. You chuck everything you need in an RV and that's what you have to live on while you're there. Everything works on a swapping system.'"
The festival is unlike any other as the annual nine day long event sees people come together to form a temporary community, which is intended to be self-sufficient.
No money passes hands at the event, which encourages people to trade and take part in free activities and means you must bring your own food and water.
Her most recent sighting, however, will spark fresh fears for the model. Cara was spotted looking dishevelled and jittery as she sported nothing but a pair of socks on her feet as she arrived at Van Nuys Airport in Los Angeles.
Cara sported a black Britney T-shirt, leggings and a pair of yellow socks but no shoes as she arrived two hours late for a flight on Jay-Z's Puma private jet.
As her car pulled up to the airport her feet dangled out of the window before she boarded the flight with her dog Alfie and two men with striped shirts.
The Only Murderers in the Building actress appeared restless as she paced around while waiting for her assistant to unload her luggage from the car before heading to the jet.
However, after 45 minutes on the plane, the supermodel disembarked. But, it is not clear if she was asked to leave the plane or not.
A representative for Cara has been contacted for comment.
