A Scots man who vanished overnight in Fife has been found safe and well.
George Madge had last been seen around 5pm on Thursday, May 19 in the East Gate Road area of Tayport.
Officers had said he was "unfamiliar" with the area, and had been growing increasingly concerned for his wellbeing.
The 36-year-old had been described as white, 5ft 6, of slim build, with light brown hair and protruding ears.
He was wearing a dark hoody, jeans, and a black waterproof coat at the time of his disappearance.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: We are pleased to report that George Madge, missing from Tayport has been traced safe and well.
"Mr Madge was reported missing on Thursday 19 May 2022.
"Thank you to everyone who shared our information."
