Plans to turn a former hairdressers into a late-night bar have been submitted, despite complaints of fighting and people urinating in private gardens nearby at a recent meeting.
The proposal, by Chris Williams, would see the premises at 172 Telegraph Road in Heswall, become a “cafe bar” opening until 1am on Friday and Saturday nights, and until midnight throughout the rest of the week.
In November, Wirral Council’s licensing panel granted Mr Williams’ bar a licence, despite complaints of fighting, shouting and people urinating in private gardens.
