A multi-agency search for a woman missing from West Cork for two weeks after she went for an evening walk continues.
Units from the Irish Coast Guard, An Garda Síochána and volunteers are walking through the area in search of the missing woman.
Her car was found near a coastal area in Rosscarbery where it is understood she went for a walk on the evening of Tuesday, May 23, Cork Beo reports.

Several of her items were found at the scene. It's understood that the woman in her 40s is living in the greater Clonakilty area.
When a missing persons report was received, coast guard units, RNLI volunteers and local Gardaí, including a helicopter unit sent over from Waterford began searching.
Now the search effort has extended with sonar systems, remotely operated drones and search dogs now in use.
Authorities confirmed to CorkBeo this Sunday that the search effort is continuing.
A spokesperson for the Mallow Coast Guard wrote: "Members returned to the Long Strand Beach area of West Cork again today to continue the multi-agency search for a missing person where we worked very closely with our colleagues in the Irish Search Dogs and other agencies taking part in the search.
"We were using our Side Scan Sonar system as well as our newest piece of kit to assist in searches it’s called a Remote Operating Vehicle (ROV) for underwater searching. This is a very expensive piece of equipment that was very kindly donated to our unit last year.
"Unfortunately, we have nothing new to report members will return to the area again tomorrow"
Cllr Kevin Murphy expressed his concern for the woman and the stress her family is undergoing at this time.
He said: “I’d like to extend my thoughts and prayers to the family in this difficult time, my heart goes out to them, what’s most important now is that this woman is found quickly, safe and well.”
