Concern as giant sinkhole appears in Scots residential street

Dramatic images show a sinkhole that suddenly appeared in Edinburgh.

It is understood the hole was first spotted at East Kilngate Wynd in Edinburgh at around 12.45pm on Friday, March 24.

A concerned local resident in the area suggested it is '20 foot' deep and explained how barriers had to be erected to keep residents safe, reports Edinburgh Live.
