Summary

You get traits by destroying Chakra Points (fast travel locations). You need 100 Ryo and 1 Chakra Fragment to do that.

You reroll traits by talking to the Slithering Sanin NPC (located in a secret lab close to the Training Grounds Chakra Point). It costs 2 Switch Powder and 100 Acumen to reroll a trait.

The best traits are Saturated, Immovable, and Slash Resist.

Traits are a core mechanic in Bloodlines, giving you unique bonuses that make your character stronger. However, getting and rerolling traits isn't easy, and there is very little info about them in-game until you obtain them.
