Company seeking TikTok 'trend-spotters' with €90 an hour salary on offer

An influencer marketing agency is currently seeking "professional TikTok watchers" offering a salary of over €90 per hour to those who are successful.

The job is being advertised off the back of the success of Ubiquitous’ first TikTok watching job, which garnered over 50,000 applications. Now the job is back, with a bigger pay day on offer this time around and just three roles up for grabs.

The three selected candidates will receive almost €1,000 in total for just 10 hours of TikTok watching.

The job is being offered by Ubiquitous, a marketing company which helps brands deploy influencer marketing campaigns at scale.

The chosen candidates will be charged with helping Ubiquitous to discover emerging trends by filling out a simple document of recurring trends they spot over the 10 hours.

All in all, the job involves watching TikTok and noting new trends you see popping up.

Then following your professional TikTok watching, Ubiquitous will ask you to post on the social media platform of your choice to tag the company and talk about your experience.

In order to apply, there are just three steps:

  • Subscribe to Ubiquitous’ YouTube channel to stay up-to-date on the job.
  • Fill out the application form with 50-100 words making your case as to why you are the best applicant.
  • Tweet about why you deserve the job and tag the company (@Ubiquitous_HQ) in order to increase your chances of winning, this one is optional.

There is one catch though, all applicants must be over 18.

The closing date for entry is May 31, 2023. The successful candidate will be notified by email within seven days of the closing date.

If the applicant cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within seven days of notification, Ubiquitous reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
