A property on Lexham Gardens described as a “compact lower ground floor space” has been listed for sale with Pomp Properties.
Although it is not explicitly advertised as a studio for residential use, the floorplan labels a space which is less than a metre wide – it just about fits a single mattress – as a “bedroom”.
