Como president Mirwan Suwarso will not stand in the way of Cesc Fabregas when he decides to leave the club, insisting he "doesn't need any compensation".

Fabregas began his managerial career in the summer of 2023 when he took charge of Como's Under-19 and B teams, having retired after spending his final season as a player at the club.
