Commuters playing loud music to face ‘swift justice’ under Tories’ proposal

Bus passengers could be banned from playing loud music under new proposals put forward by the Conservatives.

The Tories indicated that commuters on train journeys could also benefit from tougher enforcement of existing rules aimed at tackling antisocial behaviour.
