Community of 1,100 homes could be built in Greater Manchester woodland

Greater Manchester Manchester Mosley Common

This is the first glimpse of a planned new community set around parklands.

It will be at Mosley Common in Wigan, close to parts of Salford and "embedded" in existing woodland and moss land. A masterplan includes 1,100 homes, improved transport links, and a total £155m investment in the area.
