Comedian Peter Kay looks almost unrecognisable in a rare new picture taken after a recent stand up gig at London's O2 Arena.
The 49-year-old, originally from Bolton, is performing at the huge London venue after taking a 12-year-break from the spotlight due to 'unforeseen family circumstances'.
Kay looked a world away from his former self in a video taken backstage after his O2 show at the sell-out venue by singer Bryan Edery.
