Comedian Alan Carr was spotted eating out at a celebrity chef's restaurant in Edinburgh.
The funny man was in the city to perform his stand-up Edinburgh Playhouse on July 8 and 9 and was snapped dining out at Tom Kitchin's eatery.
Tom Kitchin shared the snap of the pair on Twitter, writing: "Great to welcome our good friend #AlanCarr who came to check out our new restaurant #korabytk Thanks for visiting mate, good to see you again. Best of luck with the shows this weekend."
The picture shows the celebrity pals smiling in the suave new eatery following Alan's visit ahead of his first show on Friday July 8.
Cheeky Carr had thrilled local fans when he hinted to an STV presenter that he was on the lookout for a Scottish suitor, joking that he hoped for a 'nice Scottish man' to sweep him off his feet while up here touring.
Speaking on the programme, Alan also discussed his Regional Trinket tour, saying: "I wrote it before Covid. We had a week to go and it was all written and done. It was about me getting married and Adele getting ordained especially to marry me and Paul.
“But then, during Covid, the relationship fell apart, and I was divorced when we came out the other end. So it’s probably my most personal [tour], but it sort of works and it’s quite raw and I go to places that I don’t normally talk about. It’s like therapy really.
“Life’s given me one of those years. Professionally, it has been amazing but personally, it’s been a bit rubbish."
The Chatty Man star then went on to describe his love for Scotland, continuing: "I’m a grafter, I love working, I love coming up here [to Scotland]. I know there are some comedians who don’t want to go above Watford, but not to come to Scotland is a no-brainer."
Last time the comedian visited the capital, he popped into Wagamama's at St Andrews Square where he surprised the chuffed branch manager with free tickets for his shows this weekend.
The 46-year-old had posed for pictures with fans while out enjoying a meal following his Dunfermline show, which was also rescheduled due to pandemic restrictions.
