Murray signed with the Colts this offseason on a futures contract, and it was well-known he would be a project to develop. After struggling through the preseason, the Colts still want to see where his development goes.
Cline has been with the Colts for three seasons now. He initially signed with the Colts as an undrafted rookie free agent following the 2020 NFL draft. He showed some improvement during the 2022 preseason, but it wound up being a numbers game in the defensive end room.
