The Indianapolis Colts requested an interview with Baltimore Ravens wide receivers coach Tee Martin for their offensive coordinator vacancy, according to Jeremy Fowler of ESPN on Thursday.
Martin is the second known candidate to receive an interview request for the offensive coordinator role under new head coach Shane Steichen. The first came in the form of Jacksonville Jaguars pass-game coordinator Jim Bob Cooter.

Martin, 44, was a fifth-round pick out of Tennessee in the 2000 NFL draft by the Pittsburgh Steelers. He spent five years bouncing around the NFL, CFL and NFL Europe league before getting into coaching.
He started coaching at Morehouse in 2006 then spent two seasons coaching at the high school level before getting a gig at the collegiate level with New Mexico in 2009. He spent the next 11 years in the college ranks most notably holding roles as the offensive coordinator for USC (2016-2018) and assistant head coach at Tennessee (2019-2020).
Martin made his jump to the NFL in 2021 as the wide receivers coach for the Ravens in Greg Roman’s offense.
Steichen is putting together his staff soon and there are likely going to be more interviews on the way.
