The detached house on the market boasts four bedrooms, two bathrooms and off road parking, but the "substantial" gardens are the real selling point.

The huge area to the rear of the home has a huge pond with ornamental seating, as well as a generous lawn and small paved patio.

Inside, the owner has opted for a variety of eye catching colours and fabrics throughout the home, including olive green carpets in the hallway along with statement wallpaper and a splash of pink in the kitchen.

The wide hallway leads to a large lounge that boasts a period fireplace and provides access to the conservatory.

Elsewhere there's a dining room decked in vibrant colours which leads to the playful kitchen, utility room and downstairs toilet.

Upstairs there are four well-proportioned bedrooms, where décor is a little more muted, as well as a family bathroom with a walk-in shower unit.

Estate agents Jones & Chapman are seeking £700,000 for the property. Its Zoopla listing said it's a "rare opportunity" to buy a "beautifully proportioned and presented family residence situated in a popular residential location".
