Collingwood midfielder Mikala Cann has copped a one-match AFLW ban for a dangerous tackle in a setback that is set to stretch the injury-hit Magpies even more.
Cann pinned the right arm of West Coast star Isabella Lewis and slung her to the ground during the second quarter of Collingwood's 17-point loss on Tuesday.
The rough conduct incident was classified as careless conduct, medium impact and high contact, drawing a one-match ban.
Mikala Cann has received a one-game suspension following this incident involving Isabella Lewis.

Unless Cann successfully appeals the ban, she will miss Sunday's bottom-of-the-table clash with the Western Bulldogs.
The Magpies (0-3) are also set to be without skipper Brianna Davey for the next two matches due to concussion.
Davey will miss games against the Bulldogs and Gold Coast after entering the league's 12-day concussion protocols.
Collingwood's injury woes have been so bad this season they've been forced to call upon train-on players.
