With the 2023 NFL Scouting Combine in the rearview, Kansas City Chiefs area scouts will turn their attention to the college pro day circuit.
They’ll travel around to college campuses to watch the best athletes work out over the course of the next month, giving preference to schools that didn’t have key players in all-star games or at the combine in Indianapolis. While the athletic testing doesn’t quite carry the same rigor as it does at the combine, meaningful information is gathered that is used to assemble the final draft board.
