After spending the fifth week of the season in uncharted territory, College GameDay will return to a familiar locale for Week 6.
ESPN's venerable pregame program will originate from the Red River Showdown in Dallas between No. 14 Oklahoma and No. 3 Texas, the network announced on social media Saturday evening.
The Longhorns are 5-0, having shelled No. 24 Kansas, 40-14, on Saturday afternoon. The Sooners held up their end of the bargain hours later, taking care of Iowa State, 50-20, to get to 5-0 as well.
This is the final scheduled meeting between the two teams as members of the Big 12, as both are slated to join the SEC in 2024.

The Red River Showdown has played host to College GameDay seven times, most recently in 2021. Oklahoma won that game 55-48 in a thriller.
The game is scheduled to kick off at 11 a.m. in Dallas, and will air on ABC.
