Could Michigan State basketball reach the 2025 Final Four this year? One college basketball analyst thinks so.
“Trell” of College Basketball Report has listed Michigan State amongst his teams he believes will reach the Final Four in 2025. He was one of six analysts from College Basketball Report to release their preseason Final Four picks, and was the only one to have the Spartans included.
Michigan State enters the upcoming season outside the preseason top 25 rankings, and was picked to finish No. 5 in the Big Ten in the preseason poll. The Spartans have not been a common pick, from what I have seen, to contend for a National Championship and reach the Final Four.
Michigan State officially tips of the 2024-25 season on Monday in a home non-conference game against Monmouth. Tipoff from the Breslin Center is scheduled for 7 p.m. ET and the game will be available to stream on Big Ten Plus.
