The Minneapolis Miracle is not only one of the best plays in the NFL history, but it’s the biggest one in the history of the Minnesota Vikings.
After blowing a 17-0 lead to the New Orleans Saints, Cased Keenum threw a beautiful deep corner route to Stefon Diggs and the rest is history.
Un until that point, the Vikings hadn’t had anything like that happen to them and it felt like a turning point for the franchise. It didn’t end up that way, as the Vikings lost in heartbreaking fashion to the Philadelphia Eagles. That loss was one of the many reasons that the Vikings signed Kirk Cousins the following offseason.
On The Herd Thursday morning, Colin Cowherd was talking about how Russell Wilson and relating the hate for him to Tim Tebow being called corny after his failures and Kirk Cousins after he threw the Minneapolis Miracle.
Sports-talk host Colin Cowherd, who ironically knows nothing about sports, thinks Kirk Cousins threw the game-winning TD pass in the "Minneapolis Miracle" game. #Skol pic.twitter.com/94WHdzC1q4

Talk about a mistake from Cowherd.
