Coldplay is set to bring their worldwide to Glasgow with two nights of performances.
The band's Music Of The Spheres World Tour will take over Glasgow on August 23 and 24 at Hampden Park as their only Scottish dates and from the snippets already shared on social media, it looks like they will be putting on an electrifying show.
On TikTok, fans have shared how Coldplay have introduced a platform for fans to dance on which generates energy - which they say helps power the show.

Before heading off, however, Hampden Park has a list of banned items that ticket holders should be aware of.

- Fireworks
- Sparklers
- Confetti cannons
- Chinese / sky lanterns
- Firewood, candles or any flames
- Professional camera/video/audio equipment including removable lenses
- Drones
- Portable laser equipment
- Laser pens
- Air horns
- Megaphones
- Sound systems
- Vuvuzelas
- Kites
- Frisbees
- Boomerangs
- Spray paint cans
- Aerosols over 250ml
- Gazebos
- Glass bottles/ jars/ containers
- Unofficial tabards and reflective jackets (Hi-Vis)
- Illegal drugs
- “Legal/herbal” highs
- New psychoactive substances
- Nitrous oxide (NOS/laughing gas)
- Any unidentifiable substances
- Fake ID
- Flagpoles
- Umbrellas
- Selfie sticks
- Inflatables
- Folding chairs
- Any item that could be considered a weapon, including multi-tools
Anyone found with items that could be considered weapons will have them confiscated and not returned and you may be handed over to Police Scotland.
Rules for food and drink
Food and drink or any bottle is not allowed and if it is found, it will be confiscated by management. Food and drink will be available to buy there on the day and customers are reminded that Hampden is a cashless venue.
What about a bag?
You are permitted to bring one small bag or handbag no larger than 30 x 30cm; anything bigger won’t be allowed in. Fans with bags should prepare for them to be searched.
There are no temporary storage facilities for any items not allowed in the venue and it will be left to you to find a safe facility to hold any items. Bags left in unauthorised surrounding areas will be disposed of immediately by the police.
