Cold weather is set to grip the North East, though it's unlikely there'll be anymore snow in Newcastle.
The region will wake up to widespread frost and light winds on Thursday morning before a dry and bright day. Temperatures will struggle to get above 2°C.
Conditions are expected to be similar on Friday though the temperature could get as high as 5°C in the afternoon. Despite the warmer weather, there is a possibility of wintry showers towards the coast.
