Colby Covington claims the actions of Tyron Woodley 's mum after her son's knockout loss to Jake Paul prove the fight was fixed.
Woodley was brutally knocked out cold by Paul in their rematch last December having fought to a split decision earlier that year. The former UFC star was caught by an overhand right from Paul in the sixth round that sent him face-first to the canvas.
Some fans were sceptical of the knockout and accused Paul of "signalling" to Woodley with his right hand before landing the devastating blow. Woodley's mum also entered the ring and was seen laughing alongside Paul after the fight, something that Covington picked up on.
"It was definitely a fix, you could tell. Just the way he like signalled to him like, 'Hey, okay, put your hand down, now you're gonna take the knockout'," Covington said on the ' Full Send Podcast '.
"Then you see Woodley's mom, like she's dancing around in the f***ing octagon, like screaming right next to her son. Like, dude, your son just got knocked out and humiliated in front of the world and you're f***ing screaming happy? That was a work, 100 per cent."
Paul has previously labelled claims of his fights being fixed as "completely bull****". The 25-year-old thinks some fans will try anything to discredit him, which is why the legitimacy of his wins over Woodley and Askren have been brought into question.
Woodley has previously refuted the fixed fight claim by stating: "That was a mother******* dive but it wasn't on purpose, he hit me with some s***. I just feel like be real man people resonate with real," he said on The MMA Hour.

"People f*** with realness and being authentic, I beat guys who were always on top and they thought I was going to lose no matter what people throughout me. It is a tough sport, there is only so long you can stay at the top in sport for so long.
Woodley wants to fight in at least two disciplines this year after his losses to Paul in 2021, with the ex-UFC champion considering bouts in either boxing, MMA or bare-knuckle boxing.
Paul announced last week he will fight again in August, with his opponent yet to be revealed. 'The Problem Child', who won three fights in the ring last year, wants to make his MMA debut this year and is in talks with PFL and Bellator.
