A Bengaluru-based entrepreneur has praised his sister's employer after the Coimbatore-based company gave her more than four weeks of leave following the death of her father and contributed 20% towards his medical expenses. The company's chairman also personally contacted her after the bereavement, according to an X post by Vibin Babuurajan.
Babuurajan did not disclose the company's name, but said it has operated for more than 50 years, exports to over 40 countries and employs more than 4,000 people. He highlighted the company's response as an example of family-led businesses supporting employees during difficult periods.
