Coffee Rallies on Tight ICE Inventories and Brazilian Real Strength

Sep arabica coffee (KCU23) on Friday closed up +3.80 (+2.40%), and Sep ICE robusta coffee (RMU23) closed up +66 (+2.60%).

Coffee prices Friday closed moderately higher on signs of tighter coffee supplies.  ICE-monitored robusta coffee inventories on Thursday fell to a record low of 5,273 lots (data history back to 2016).  Also, ICE-monitored arabica coffee inventories on Friday fell to an 8-month low of 535,870 bags.
