Coffee Prices Sharply Higher on Supply Woes

December arabica coffee (KCZ25) on Tuesday closed up +7.50 (+1.85%), and November ICE robusta coffee (RMX25) closed up +104 (+2.30%).

Coffee prices rallied sharply on Tuesday due to concerns about supply, with President Trump expected to announce new tariffs on Colombia soon. Colombia is the world's second-largest producer of arabica coffee beans.
